SolarPunk St Helens
DEADLINE EXTENDED: SUNDAY 28th MARCH 2021 [11:59pm]
We (leo&hyde) are looking for residents of St Helens and the surrounding area to be involved in virtual community choir for an exciting new song called Out of the Earth, inspired by workshops local people who imaged what St Helens might look like in 100 years if you think about the future positively. The song will be featured in a music video with the art of virtual reality artist, Rosie Summers.
You don’t have to have any singing experience to take part in this. A community choir is all about community and doing something together. It’s a time to let your voice be heard alongside other people.
Instructions and resources are available below. We are particularly looking for more harmony singers.
The submission form for the video is at the bottom of this page. Or you can email us at sthelens@leoandhyde.com. If you are doing this project with your teachers, send them through to your teachers.
The project was funded by the St Helens Borough Council as part of their arts provision and Arts Council England.
